Why don't we quit beating around the Bush (haha) and stop giving titles to these threads such as "Bush press conference 5/24. . " Why don't we be forth right and just call them "Let's Bash Bush". . Let's just get right down to it. Why don't we consolidate all these threads under various titles starting with this one. What do you think?

Or maybe someone who says "that specific mission was accpmplished" ccould quit beating around the shrub and tell us exactly what mission was being referred to?
The worst thing about his speech was that it overlapped the Price is Right! Bush for some reason always loves to use TPIR time to blabber on about fabricated lies or stuff we already know. This is madness!

Easily. The mission for the Carrier Group had been accomplished. If you want to look on a wider scale, the mission of ousting Saddam and defeating the Iraqi military was accomplished as well. Any more questions?

It’s not so much as Bush bashing as it’s getting to the truth!

Yeah, another question.
Does a carrier group merely doing its job warrant such a song and dance exhibition? Is that a rule in BushWorld, doing your job is such a rarity it's cause for celebration?
And I guess Iwas just confused, America was led to believe the mission was to track down those responsible for 9/11, just more meaningless blather?

I think honoring the successful accomplishments of any military group is a worthwhile endeavor. Many of our military have done their jobs well. Just because you dispise Bush shouldn't be a reason to denigrate the jobs our military are performing.

I guess you WERE confused. Bush never claimed that the attack on Iraq had anything to do with tracking down those responsible for 9/11. Any more questions?
