You suppose that is that what they taught the constitutional law grad in Harvard?
Obama like a spoiled teen, wearing dissatisfaction on his sleeve.
The people are tiring of his divisive behaviours.
How does Constitutional law come into this? Where does the Constitution even hint that the Executive Branch must respect the decision of the Judicial Branch.
Wow. You are naive. Many people enforce rules, laws and regulations they don't respect every single day. It's part of the job for police officers, lawyers, supervisors, parents.....need I go on? And once again -- I'll restate it so that you can understand: The head of the Executive Branch must enforce the decisions handed down by the Supreme Court as long as those decisions stand. No one in the Executive Branch -- either at the bottom or the top -- is required to respect the decisions of the Judicial Branch.
And that's where in the Constitution????
"will preserve, protect, and defend the constitution of the United States, so help me G-D"
The President must enforce the law, but that doesn't mean he has to like it. He can even work to get the law changed. That's how the system works.
But he must respect it- and certainly be respectful of the Judicial department of government, after all, he does lead the Government- the same government of laws the attributes his governing.
And while yes- Mr. Obama may try to have a law created and/or changed, it is ultimatly up to the Supreme Court to decide the constitutionality of all laws- and that finality must be respected.

NO, HE DOESN'T. And he doesn't lead the government. He leads the Executive Branch which is equal, along with the Legislative Branch, with the Judicial Branch.

Alrigh, alright- Calm Down- Deep breath... Now Now... 1-2-3... Good!
Who is respectable? He whom respects others. It is a good thing to be respectable!
Mr. Obama serves as our leader, our national representative, and the public face of our federal government.
Mr. Obama swore before the entire world- and G-d Al-mighty to:
"Preserve, protect, and defend, the constitution of the United States, So help me G-D"
Now, how can one preserve, protect and defend the constitution, if he does not respect the courts and laws that tell us how to do so?
....and not a word about "respect" for the decisions of the other branches.
How do you feel about the Presidential veto? By your standards, using it is "disrespecting" a decision made by the Legislative Branch.
True. By your very statement.
The constitution is respected when the president uses this clause of veto granted by the constitution. That is respect of the law.
Notice, that no such power of veto was given the president regarding the Judicial branch of government. That stated, it must be that their is no such concept- and it would be up to the supreme court to decide if such an ammendment is constitutional!
