and a waste of a Trillion dollars.

CNN Political Ticker: All politics, all the time Blog Archive - CNN Poll: Majority of Americans say much of stimulus wasted « - Blogs from CNN.com

Quote:
Washington (CNN) - Nearly three out of four Americans think that at least half of the money spent in the federal stimulus plan has been wasted, according to a new national poll.

A CNN/Opinion Research Corporation survey released Monday morning also indicates that 63 percent of the public feels that projects in the plan were included for purely political reasons and will have no economic benefit, with 36 percent saying those projects will benefit the economy.
This is the main reason obama is tanking. People trusted him and were willing to give him the benefit of the doubt with the stimulus. After a year, with NO discernible results to show for it, those same people are not willing anymore to believe his rhetoric and lies. He shot his wad, credibility and political capital with the stimulus failure.

This is a poll on how people feel about the stimulus. It's not factual in any way. Try being a little more realistic and less idealistic - I know it might be a little hard for you but please for the sake of everybody in the country, just try.

Ever hear of the phrase "reality is perception?"

And please provide the rock hard evidence you must have proving the stimulus was worth it and is working?

Thats right there is none.

We both knew it would not work as he has no record of any financial successes.

He did not even pay his own parking tickets for 20 years trying to get away from paying them. He owed student loans even years after he made millions on his book of lies about his dad.

He hired criminals and thieves to spend the money and they have wasted it away on pork instead of items that would create jobs etc.

You will have all those Obama jocks come along and tell you that he has not even spent it all, give it time.

The answer to that is if he has not spent it then do you mean he sit back on our money and watch record numbers of people lose their homes and jobs while doing nothing?

People are waking up that he is not what they propped him up to be.

He along with this stimulus has been a total FAILURE to all Americans.

What happened to the promise to run our government like you run your household budget?

Hope and smoke.

Wonder if he is thinking of resigning soon? After all he should be embarrassed to show up for work and take a paycheck for doing nothing.

Convince us all that this stimulus has done anything good for us all.

Provide links to us that prove that any part of this stimulus actually has worked for the better of all Americans?

Only half of it was wasted. We don't know who got the other half. Goldman Sachs? Citibank?

Polls are a snapshot of voter opinion, at a given point in time...not feelings.

Take your spin and jot an email to CNN and the rest of the pollsters and tell them to just stop! Leave obama alone! Don't poll anymore and don't show us his tanking ratings on nearly every issue.

It's. A. Poll.

Take it with a grain of salt and stop trying to present it as irrefutable evidence that Obama is failing.

Or better yet provide links proving it isn't working. Oh that's right, you can't.
Plenty of those around. Just google it.

Start with the bogus numbers at Recovery.gov that were discovered by too numerous to count newspapers across the country.

Taken with ALL the other polls, it is right on target.

Poll after poll shows there is massive job disapproval across the board on domestic issues.
