Nice left wing spin.

He said this but he meant that. Typical Obama style.

From the contract:

The awardee has been awarded a sole-source contract to provide Rule of Law Stabilization services. The award was made under the authority of 40 USC 113(e)(2) and AIDAR 706.302-70 as approved by a waiver (AAPD 03-06) signed by the USAID Administrator on February 15, 2002, and subsequently extended to February 15, 2010.

Of course if you want the government to spend more money sending it out to bid again, reviewing the bid, and selecting a new company, and start from scratch every year, don't complain when it costs more and how the government spends it's money (yea, it use to be yours!).

Planine,

Do not expect knuckledraggers to understand anything about federal contracts. They're just looking for their next "whine"

You KNOW that he was just taken "out of context" Sunny. That, and deflection are the only tools they have when they know there is no argument. Plenty of times on this forum I have seen conservatives rip Bush a new one yet you'll never see a loyal Obama puppet ever saying anything negative about their savior.

Distortion, distraction, and lies are their M.O.

Did you not listen to your own stinking video? On NO OCCASION WHATSOEVER does Obama say that he will end no-bid contracts. You have manufactured your claim out of whole cloth. The statement was never made. Your argument is a complete and utter sham. You might as well just come out and admit it at this point...

There you go bring the facts in to the "discussion". Give it up, they are not interested in facts or truth and they will never admit they are a footsoldier in the propaganda machine currently in full steam ahead mode.

So is Obama FOR no bid contracts then?

Which way is it?

Either he is for or against no bid contracts.

Since we all know the liberals went after Bush-Cheney for years on this, lets see who will be honest enough to say he is for no bid contracts?

Since some of you believe he is saying he did not say he was not for them, then he must be against them correct?

Cannot wait to see this answer.

Are YOU against them? Did you whine to high heaven when Bush did the same, except for even bigger contracts? No, I doubt you are, except when the Demos do it. Personally I am against either Party doing it and they should be illegal.

It is the norm for left wing Obama supporters.

I already know their answers.

After all, liberals invented the words hypocrite and or double standard.

They always come back with what did you think of Bush.

The ANSWER---- Bush was wrong.

Does not give Obama the excuse to do it wrong also.

Especially after he said he was against no bid contracts and ran on the idea of being the anti Bush.

Guess he is more of Bush only worse.

WHY DO YOU NEVER ANSWER A QUESTION BUT ALWAYS COME BACK WITH ANOTHER QUESTION OR YOUR NORMAL WHERE WERE YOU WHEN BUSH DID IT CRAP.

( Where are YOU now that Obama lied? I do not see your outrage yet? So where are you or are you ok with Obama giving no bid contracts out)

NOW ANSWER MY QUESTION and answer why you are NOT outraged that Obama is doing the same thing. Afterall you DID say you were against it.
