However even if it forbids torture, anyway most prisons around the world practise torture in some way or another even though it could be illegal by law there. I dont think there is any nation around the world prisons that have never practised a form of torture in its prisons

Guess you say Hamas can do no wrong eh

Human Rights Watch has condemned the radical group Hamas, saying the group killed, tortured and maimed at least 32 Palestinian political opponents and suspected collaborators during the Israeli siege of the Gaza Strip in January.

In a new 26-page report, "Under Cover of War: Hamas Political Violence in Gaza," the rights organization claims that between Dec. 27, 2008, and Jan. 18, 2009, Hamas security forces executed 18 men, most believed to have been Israeli collaborators. Another 14 men, many of them alleged political opponents, have been killed since late January.

“During Israel’s attack on Gaza, Hamas moved violently against its political opponents and those deemed collaborators with Israeli forces,” said Joe Stork, deputy director of Human Rights Watch’s Middle East and North Africa division. “The unlawful arrests, torture and killings in detention continued even after the fighting stopped, mocking Hamas’ claims to uphold the law.”

Hamas makes mistakes, but please stop believing these meaningless laws about torture, because Israel does not follow it, they treat their prisoners inhumanely, if you don't believe me, then please go to Gaza and the West Bank and see everything for yourself.

suicide bombings and launching rockets are mistakes? Can you explain your liberal "logic" to me? Or should I get wasted so I can understand you better?

Arabs in general face prosecution from Jews and from the Israeli government sometimes. As for the African Americans, they're not treated well but they're still respected and have rights, if you defend Israel so much then go to Gaza and the West Bank and see everything for yourself.

How would you propose for the Jews to feel secure in their homes outside of Gaza?
The Jews have a government that oppresses their Arab neighbors, the question is how would you propose for the Palestinians to feel secure in Gaza and West Bank from the Israeli army who are unpredictable. How can they protect themselves if an attack similar to the Gaza attacks happen again.

Stop defending Israel, because Hamas only killed 13 civilians in 2 weeks, and Israel killed 1,400 in 2 weeks while using white phosphorus, you count the casualties from the year 2000 and you would find that more Palestinians got killed and injured, there's a huge difference.

In the end, both sides make mistakes, but Israel makes bigger mistakes.

And Jordan killed far more Palestinians than 1400 back in 1970, yet you dont' care the slightest bit about that. In fact, J ordan killed more Palestinians in 1970, than Israel has in 40 years.

But since they aren't Jews, you don't care.

The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) tried several attempts to assassinate the king in 1970. The Palestinians attempted to create a state from 1968 through the middle of 1971. They took over Irbid and claimed it as their own. They (& Syria) attacked Jordan from within. There was deaths on both sides. The Palestinians did the same thing in Jordan as they are trying to do in Israel. This was Arab vs Arab situation, thus not getting much attention.

This is as much of this post as I could read. This phrase is disturbingly hilarious. I think I'll make it into a bumper sticker.

Have you been there? Have you been to any Arab or Muslim country? What they do to each other is much worse than the Pelestinian-Israeli issue.
