I wonder what our national debt would be like if we went back to pre Reagan levels??

You have not seen anything yet. In 20 years the China banking system will mature and will be on par with that of the USA. Once they start to pull out and stop supporting us, we are in real danger.

whith the spending that we have done in the last 30 years??? it would be even worse

our government spends like money is nothing and higher taxes actually equal less into the government

OUr government is montizing our debt to such a degree that our dollar will hold as much worth as did those Confederate dollars after the war of Northern Aggression. It won't be fit to burn or use for insulation.

People talk about busting the big Wall Street banks. Aim higher. The bank that needs to be busted is the FED. The biggest mistake this country ever made was leaving the gold standard for the worthless paper debt system we have going now.
