Yes I do. I don't really know what Rush said and that is not my issue here. My issue is the left wingers putting Rush on the same level as the white house.
That's a poor reason to defend Rush's ignorant rantings.
THE UPROAR is because it came out of the white house administration where the president himself has made the retard joke. People take what comes out of the highest office far more serious. Their words hold more weight than some radio jock you can turn off.
D*mn the left is dense!
Please provide a link to an acutal quote of Obama using the word "retard".

You excused him as a "radio jock". Many people think he has the holy grail.
This is funny.....some that normally don't like her are saying they can't believe they finally have something they can agree with her on. I'm wondering if they felt that way when she criticized Rahm Emanuel for using the word or they only feel that way now, since her spokesperson made a blanket statement about the use of the word, which of course applies to Rush's use of the word as well. In other words, is it about using the word "retard" that's wrong or the fact that Rush used it, which makes Palin's comment critical of Rush?

The thing is her comment wasn't critical of Rush. She called out Emmanuel by name and demanded he apologize. She did not do that about Rush, nor did she do it with Perry's top advisor.
She told reporters Palin's comment did not target Limbaugh directly, but instead was a response to all lawmakers and public officials who use the word "retard" pejoratively. Stapleton also accused Sargent of trying to create controversy in order to take "pressure" off of the White House.
Rush was just repeating the insensitive comments by rahm.
