Rising unemployment is a result of a snowball, I guess is a quick way to answer your above question.

I sure am..

Maybe if Congress was worried about keeping unemployment numbers to where they were, rather than creating new bills which increased unemployment, maybe the recession wouldnt have taken place.. Who can judge the effects of nearly DOUBLING the unemployment numbers from the period of time when Republicans held Congress to the time Democrats took over..
I guess they do not understand legislation starts in congress?

Very Confusing. People think the President creates jobs with a magic wand! Even this President himself believes that.

Why do you think Pelosi isnt making comments like this about Obama? Why isnt she asking Obama where the jobs are? I mean she does care about the middle class and not the elite. What so only cares when a republican is president she doesnt care now? Whats the deal I havent heard her asking Obama where the jobs are

Maybe she has asked him, but doesn't have to do it in the media, since he will give her the time of day.

Several years later, I suppose you mean. Do you want to show me the 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 or 2008 Republican congressperson's equivalent of Pelosi's statement to Bush?

Since it has been stated (by some) that rising unemployment numbers follows a falling economy by XX months................

We arent discussing statements made by Republicans.. We are discussing statements by Pelosi.. Cant discuss them without changing the topic?

According to the argument being made here, Delusianne is claiming that there is a 78 month lagging indicator for jobs..

Thats the period of time between Pelosi making those statements, and now.. And all we keep hearing is.. "lagging indicator", but lagging indicators do not explain unemployment numbers doubling.. they explain the lagging period of time for a recovery..

No the reason she isnt asking him in public is because hes a democrat

She asked in public when Bush was president to point it out and make it appear she is actually concerned about the middle class
