Maybe I am wrong, but I assume that Obama is not very religious. But he knows he would not get very far in a country like the US if he admitted it. So he has to find a compromise between appearing Christian enough to be electable and not betraying his own personality.
And why would he care whether or not Jesus voted for him when he probably does not believe Jesus was more than any other human being anyway...

No, he would have voted for Gravel, Kucinich or Paul!

The clip is stupid. What point is it suppose to be making -- that Christians don't support the right to choose or that homosexuality is a choice? Anyone who believes that is very limited in knowledge on what some Christians -- some Christian denominations -- believe. Fundies and Roman Catholics don't speak for all Christians.

Maybe not but he certainly wouldn't vote Republican after the bad name Bush and Pat Robertson have given him.

Obama is a fake Christian that joined the Church in order to get votes in the black Church that is historically anti-abortion and anti-gay.

His support of the LGBT community and the end of Don't Ask, Don't Tell is striking, because now his black Church followers either see him for the phony he is OR because Obama's success represents a greater "blacks over whites achievement" for the black community, these homophobic black communities are willing to check their personal beliefs at the door or the church pew in the hope that their savior succeeds as retribution for all the years of oppression.

If Jesus were around now he'd be in jail for making distilled spirits and practicing medicine without a license. All his credit cards would be canceled by the credit card companies for publicly decrying their methods and his home would be in foreclosure because he lost his job in his dad's construction business.
