After looking at the NAACP's stances on the legislation it used as criteria to grade the lawmakers, a majority of Americans would flunk as well.

As I admitted (and you conveniently ignored), abortion would fall under a gray area. At the very least, it's a civil liberty and in this day and age there isn't a huge distinction between them.

I think it's safe to say, nobody cares about what grade the NAACP assigns them. It's definitely outlived its usefulness as an organization.
