President Obama is expected to use Executive Powers to advance his agenda. While I am not too alarmed at this, I am surprised, given all his bad press, and failures thus far, that he would stir a hornets nest with this.

I know very well all Presidents do this, and President Bush did it several times, however, President Bush did so more often to fill vacancies, but not to advace policy.

What do you think?

I think that this article is more proof that most of the people in the top echelons of the federal government don't really know much of what the Constitution says about the division of governmental power and why it was provided for. I think that the more he gets away with something like this the closer we get to dictatorship, with a Constitution that is used when the leader wants it done. It then becomes a way of controlling the people and letting the government get away with so many things. What the EPA director is trying for is one of my favorite examples of what is happening.

Ohhhhhh. I would like him to engage in this activity to implement some aspects of his radical liberal agenda.

He could single-handedly be credited with the whole democrat congress being ousted on their butts.

He will be blamed for them losing massive numbers of seats on congress.

He is the cause of the dems demise.

He caused the losses in Va, NJ and Mass.

And to think the left wingers went nuts when Bush used any executive powers. Lets see if they say anything about this. I doubt they will.

The end of liberalism is near thanks to Obamie the Commie.

But will that end of liberalism be something that our nation can survive? How long would it take for a bare minimum of majority in Congress to undo all he gets done before they take office? I am really fearful that he may take us all down with him and his party.
