I have never been a fan of McCain from the time he returned from Vietnam and promptly dumped his first wife because she suffered a horrible accident losing much of her model beauty only to run off and marry the big bucks.
A real man doesn't do that.
And then we had to suffer through McCain's moronic blather about how Americans wouldn't pick lettuce in the hot Arizona sun for $50 an hour shows just how out of touch he is with the American people.
Just curious, anyone here want a job picking lettuce in the hot Arizona sun for $50 an hour? As McCain pointed out the hours are long, often six ten hour days, but the pay is $3,000.00 per week. Anyone here want that job or maybe you know someone that does?
Really the republicans knew Obama was going to be in that neighborhood and planned the person to ask the question and knew Obama would give the answer he did.

Exactly. Republicans planted this guy, big, tall, and noticable. Then had him ask a stupid question, pretending to be a plumber who made more than $250K per year. Absolutely ludicrous that a bunch of Republican dorks sat around to create this "Joe the plumber." The fool then became associated with not only a losing party, but one that hasn't done a thing for this country in over 20 years.
Now he's trying to distance himself from it, presumably in a desperate attempt to salvage his reputation. Pretty pathetic.

It seeemed to me like Joe loved his 15 minutes of fame;just did realise what fame brought with it in these modern times . Happens all teh time;so watch what you wish for;as the saying goes.The spotlight is bright but its also hot.
