The fact that he may not have been successful doesn't mean he's not a terrorist. Just means he failed at it--like he probably failed at many other things in his life.

The IRS is a United States government agency and he railed against the agency in his "manifesto." He was a chicken-**** terrorist, just like your hero Timothy McVeigh.
im just speculating here but!! what i think happened was the IRS were on his back and threatened to take his home so he decided to make his home worthless by burning it and add a cpl million bucks worth of damages to their building. just a thought.

You need to read more.
I have to say, what exactly would you like us to read? Something that says when you're mad at the government it's okay to park a bomb outside a daycare center that happens to be housed in a government building? Something that says it's okay to fly a plane into an office building because you feel like you're being persecuted?

The problem with the IRS is that if you want to defend yourself against them in court, they seize your assets (except the assets that you can hide outside their reach) so you cannot afford a competent defense. I'm afraid to say that when the time comes, even the clerks will be seen as the enemy. No one shed a tear for the bureaucrats that were killed during revolutions and they are bastardized in history books.
well ya no some peoples mind's dont work like most.
