Is this really any surprise? That obama & Holder would cull from the ranks of far Left lunatics all too eager to represent those who have attacked the Us, is really, truly not a surprise.

Holder admits nine Obama Dept. of Justice officials worked for terrorist detainees, offers no details | Washington Examiner (http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/opinion/blogs/beltway-confidential/Holder-admits-nine-Obama-Dept-of-Justice-officials-worked-for-terrorist-detainees-offers-no-details-84799487.html - broken link)

In his response, Holder has given Grassley almost nothing. He says nine Obama political appointees at the Justice Department have advocated on behalf of detainees, but did not identify any of the nine other than the two, Katyal and Daskal, whose names Grassley already knew.
More of that obama brand of transparency. Even simple questions like these get ignored.

What a bunch of crapola. The lawyer who represented Hamdan and brought down the Bush/Gitmo detainee tribunal case was a U.S. Navy Judge Advocate lawyer, so alluding that any lawyer who represented detainee's are far left 'sympathizers' is just a huge steaming load of spin.

The actual truth, shall set you free.

Do you consider being involved in advocacy on behalf of the terrorists to be sympathetic to their cause?
