i doubt the fact that he's cuban-American will slow down the 'bot hordes in the slightest. they'll still label him a 'racist' coconut [brown on the outside, white on the inside]
Does Marco Rubio winning Florida scare the heck out of the left?
I'm not sure, as I don't pay a lot of attention to the left, but I'm betting the left wouldn't be as scared as rightwingers are of words they don't understand.
He is the very definition of a constitutional conservative and the other day while driving I heard his speech and was clapping and fist pumping the whole time. Will his victory end the lazy, yet all to common attack of "conservative racist" by the left? I think not, but it really is going to be hard when the most vocal and hard line "tea party" guy is a Cuban American.
Refresh my memory....
Why exactly were the left supposed to be afraid of Rubio again? Was he supposedly gonna ensure that Romney won Florida?
I think he is running out of steam. His speech last night was not very good and he talked too long. I think he has played up "I'm a Hispanic" thing too long and has not really done much beyond give a speech. or two.
