On 22 January the Science and Technology Committee announced an inquiry into the disclosure of climate data from the Climatic Research Unit at the University of East Anglia. Commenting on the material which the Committee has received since the announcement the Chairman, Phil Willis MP, said:

1. The Institute is concerned that, unless the disclosed e-mails are proved to be forgeries or adaptations, worrying implications arise for the integrity of scientific research in this field and for the credibility of the scientific method as practised in this context.

This really is the gist of it. The RAW data show NO warming. It is only the "massaged", "homogenized", "embellished" data that results in a BFD of .4 over 100 years.
To my knowledge, there are no 1000-year reconstructions which are truly "independent" of CRU influence. In my opinion, CRU has manipulated and/or withheld data with an effect on the research record. The manipulation includes (but is not limited to) arbitrary adjustment ("bodging"), cherry picking and deletion of adverse data.
Nor anyone else's knowledge. It ALL comes back to the CRU and the circle of cabalists both in and out of the CRU.

It would be hoped that a few of the other members of the "Towering Intellectual" Lefty Politician Club whom promoted this pathetic "Smoke & Mirrors" scheme, would immediately leave the country and perhaps not return !
Actually, The Goreacle was spotted at an Apple meeting and summarily ridiculed. These fanatics have relied on each other for years to spread the fear mongering word - they are finally getting their due.

Royal Society of Chemistry, Royal Statistical Society and the Institute of Physics all submit letters to the parliament investigating CRU - and find their excuses lacking.
According to Phil Jones, the leader of the disgraced CRU cabal, it is "standard practice" for scientists to NOT share their data, unless of course you are a "friendly" asking to see the data.
If you are interested in reproducing his results...forget it.
I wonder why you never see anyone who doesn't believe Global Warming is occurring do a study?
They never seem to do their own independent work. They just whine that other scientists won't let them see theirs...
