Never heard about it, must have been some "boycott."

Unknown as to its effect. I'm guessing those who said they will only buy Ford from now on seem to be making good with their threats.

For those who don't, why don't you explain it?

I can't prove it. I just know it's Bush's fault.

Similar to the theories thrown around as to why Ford is opening a can of whoopass on GM.

I still say it's Bush's fault that GM is nationalized.

GM was given a loan so they wouldnt go under. Chrysler, and its chairman Lee Iacocca, were also given a loan to stay afloat.

I cant remember exactly who was President then but I do believe it was the conservative Jesus hisself.

Oh no, he just got paid back the loan, thats all, he wouldnt dare have given one.

And then he pissed away the 350 million dollar profit (in 1983) the government made on it.

GM had a banner year last year. There is no boycott. I don't like what the socialist government is doing to our country, but I wouldn't consider buying anything but a GM vehicle..
There might be a few loonies at the bunko game that are boycotting GM, but it's a flea biting an elephant...
