The much awaited Perry-Palin rally (with extra special guest Ted Nugent) visited the Rick Berry Center in Cypress on Sunday afternoon, but made sure to wrap things up before the Big Game. Football trumps politics in Texas, of course, even if Sarah Palin comes to town.

This is the kind of intelligence one sees at a Palin/Perry rally. I wouldn't be surprised if the kids father, or mother, was a poster on CD. This is why I generally don't support Home Schooling.

Of course, Mr. Gardasil wanted to enforce HPV vaccinations if you went to public school. Homeschoolers don't have to worry about that burden.

Yeah...they just have to worry about spelling, reading, writing, critical thinking, mathematical skills, science, chemistry, and art....

Oh, yeah...never mind...they can just be "plugged" into to the "drive-by" media and get their edukatiun from the radio.

Rick Perry wrapped up the R nomination tonight, and for the first time in my life I am going to be looking very deeply at his Democrat opponent and considering voting D. I honestly don't know anything about Bill White, but I will give him an honest look. Perry will not get a vote from me in November.

In defense of home-schooling, I know MANY people who home-school their kids who are quite progressive, vastly more intelligent than most public school teachers, provide a wide variety of community-based education activities for their kids, and achieve results that place their kids in the top 1% of college-bound students. The isolated paranoid religious home-schoolers are a stereotype that doesn't fit modern community-based anarchistic schooling, which I view as the best thing to happen to education since the invention of literacy.

The economy in Texas meant it was very hard for even a popuar candidate like Hutchinson to run aginst Perry. Peope reward results when they are satisfied with them.

Bill White is the reason why Houston is a sanctuary city. He welcomed every single illegal personally.
