Too bad they did not have video of the nasty, dirty women returning the used undies. Women must use extreme caution when trying on bathing suits and undies. Wash before wearing is sound advice.

I've never shopped in a store that did not have a "No Return" policy on undergarments. Why would anyone not wash any garment before wearing it anyway. Even clothing gets tried on or returned by other shoppers. It never seems clean until I personally wash it.
Wouldn't this fall under the domain of local health ordinance?
