The Centre for Research on Globalisation (CRG), the publisher of globalresearch.ca , is an independent research organization and media group of writers, scholars, journalists and activists. It is a non-profit organization based in Ontario, Canada. The closest thing to a mission statement you'll find on their website is this: "In an era of media disinformation, our focus has essentially been to center on the "unspoken truth". They pride themselves on being among the most visited alternative news sites.
Apparently, they go to some lengths to hide who started it, who directs and who controls it as I can't find any names associated with it, except for a list of authors found on their website.
They have an anti-globalist, anti-American, anti-Jewish and anti-western agenda, as evidenced by a whole page on their website devoted to "news" about the "US NATO War Agenda."
Additionally, they recently published an article which begins with these words:
"The recent attacks in Mumbai, while largely blamed on Pakistan’s state-sponsored militant groups, represent the latest phase in a far more complex and long-term “strategy of tension” in the region; being employed by the Anglo-American-Israeli Axis to ultimately divide and conquer the Middle East and Central Asia."
