Abortion should be legal. So should the death penalty for heinous crimes where there is 100% certainty of guilt.

I am not a supporter of abortion; so, this was an easy question for me.

it is not a deterrent to crime because it takes 20+ years to put someone on the electric chair or gas chamber. if doing the sentence only took a month or two to do, then the death sentence would be a larger deterrent than it currently is.

Easy one for me: abortion remains legal - and, in certain cases, so does the death penalty.
