I thought you were going to say spending that much time around a bunch of stay-at-home moms frightens you. They frighten me at times and I am one, they can be ruthless.

Your ridiculous comments were amusing, but have gotten old, quickly.
I see people on message boards who say that a kindergarten teacher deserves MORE than a CEO. These are the same people who think looting shouldn't be illegal if you are poor.

The comparisons in the links refer to male lawyers making more than female lawyers, not male lawyers making more than female teachers.

There has been some research that in nursing, a profession that is 95% female, men make more and get promoted faster than women.

The dishwasher. It's inventor, a woman, also started a company that became Kitchen Aid.

Dishwasher - Josephine Cochran

The dishwasher, baby.

Ever heard of Marie Curie, BTW?
Have you ever been to a lawfirm? Look aaround, you might fine at best 5% male legal secretaries. usually none. usually there are ZERO male legal secretaries at law firms.

Also, you mention that some study looks at lawyers, not comparing with teachers. Were this lawyers at the same firm or different firms, or some were public sector lawyers? Big firms tend to pay more than small firms, unless you are a partner, you can make a lot at small firms.. Private sector firms pay more than government attorney jobs, but govt attorney jobs have fewer hours, etc. So it again, becomes about lifestyle choices. If you want a 9-5 attorney job, you go into the government, and it will pay less.

The Dishwasher is a cool invention, but is not revolutionary like the steam engine.

"Betalawyer"-does this mean ambition to become a lawyer?

And the frequent mentioning of legal secretaries...does this mean an application to become a legal secretary that was denied?

Is that rational?
What exactly do you mean by "have work accommodate them"? FMLA is gender neutral.

Marie Curie worked with her husband, and she didn't invent anything, she discovered elements. Kinda like how I don't think columbus "discovering" america is a big deal, given it was always there, and people were already living there..

Actually she invented the process of refining radium from pitchblend. And acquired acute radiation poison from doing so. Whether you think it was no big deal is kinda irrelevant. She won a Nobel Prize for Science for her work. Which really underscores how insignificant your opinion is.

Insult?

I was just asking do you have an ambition to become a lawyer?

Were you ever turned down for a job as a legal secretary?

Where's the insult?
