You seem very confused. It is the federal government that is in rebellion to the people who derive their rights from their Creator and hold all power. As for the military, I can attest from personal experience that each and every recruit upon entering the Armed Forces of the United States takes an oath to support and uphold the Constitution. Furthermore, each of these new recruits are instructed and ordered to disobey all illegal orders no matter who issues them. We're not Nazi Germany where soldiers swore an oath to support der Fuhrer. Sorry to disappoint you.

The only problem is, the "recruits" who become the grunts don't get to decide what is an illegal order...they follow the chain of command. And right now those orders come from the National Command Authority...or to break it down more simply...President Barack Obama.
