Plouffe and Rove Battle It Out Over Health Care - ABC News

He nails him on the double counting in the HC bill, on the obama deficits and spending.

Does Plouffe have a rebuttal? Not in the least - he ignores the facts and statistics and continues on with his propaganda.

I do wonder WHY ABC has cut off the video of Karls opening salvo, item by item of how the democrats are hiding AT LEAST $500 Billion in deficit spending.

Quote:
Rove hit back: “Look, you have run up more deficit, before this bill, in the first 20 months and 11 days of your term in office then was done in the entire Bush years!”

“Don’t be lecturing us about what you’re doing with the profligate spending that started last year with the failed stimulus bill,” Rove said, “and continued with your budget increases.”

“You will bankrupt the country, if this bill passes!” Rove insisted.

I loved how Rove explained how he got his numbers. First you have to ignore this then you have to double that. Then the fool screamed see, see that's 500 billion. What an idiot.

Right there in the CBO.

Surely you understand that the CBO must take the "promises" and "assumptions" they are given and work off that?

Like the cadillac tax they put off til 2018 - do you think another congress will implement a tax this congress didn't have the courage to do? If they don't, that gets added to the deficit.

The amazing part was that Plouffe could not refute one single example of the double counting or the deficit and spending issues.

Karl owned him.

Rove's numbers are not in the CBO's report. However I do have a clip of Rove explaining how he got his numbers.

Karl talked louder and constantly interrupted. If that's winning, having the loudest mouth and being the rudest by not allowing the other person to speak, then guess he won.

Rove is scum and should never have a public platform. He is part of the crime family that was the Bush administration. The OP always gives kudos to these criminals. Strange but predictable.

Rove is an idiot. I thought he was rude and obnoxious. Being loud does not make him right.

But being rude and obnoxious fits right in with the Republican base.

And as usual, we have the 'destroy the messenger, not the message' crowd out in force.

Rove's numbers are right. Plain and simple. Rove, Paul Ryan, former director of CBO, Krauthammer.

Everyone can see exactly the tricks and ploys utilized to get the CBO numbers needed to pass the bill. Numbers that have nothing to do with reality.

So intent are you on 'winning', that you can't even recognize the price of that win. Ship of fools.
