How about some facts.

Does anyone know when the bill actually takes effect????(date)

When will the income levels be calculated?

When do we actually have to start paying??

How will income be determined, gross pay, adjusted gross?

What tax year will be used to determine amount that has to be paid?

They havent figured any of that out yet. All thats been decided is that we have this shoved down our throats. They'll let the next set of liars & crooks figure out how to administer it.

Good question, what happened to Obamas "Transparency"

Personally I think its pretty obvious that this is just another step in our downfall. Our country's leaders keep making believe theres money to spend because to do otherwise is to admit that they killed the country.

I had hope that our first Black President might be a great one, even if he's a Democrat. But the fact is that he's just another elitist politician who wants to look good no matter what, safe in the knowledge that HE & HIS family will be cared for for life.
The term scumbag comes to mind.

8 years for insurance plans currently in force. this will apply mostly to group plans.
4 years for new plans.

the scare could push small firms and individuals to rush into health insurance plans before the mandates take effect.

the 32 million w/o will have to wait till 2019, of course I thought it was 47 million. I guess that's good enough!

pre-existing conditions for "kids' in 6 months, adults 4 years,

collecting taxes for 4 years w/o giving any benefits is not great IMO.

next up is immigration 'reform'. i hear obama is open to temporary worker program. under bush, this was called guest worker program. in either case, it brings in cheap labor which has to be returned to home country and replaced by more cheap labor. more of the same class warfare. if the government didn't have all these welfare programs (medicaid, food stamps, housing assistance, free school lunch, etc.), the poverty would be much more visible and would force a change in our immigration policies.
