Oh HELL yes. Raise my taxes if that's what it takes to hand Limbaugh over to the next poor unsuspecting souls. Have a nice trip, Rush...

BWAH HA HA HA. That's because he answered to God. But duh...didn't you know conservatives are higher than God??? They'll nix Jesus' idea of a health care system as fast as they can, if they're able to.

They're about to try to go over God's head...Eh. Nothing new.

Jesus would not be or never was a {D} or a {R} but on the other hand he was accused of hanging around Publicans and tax collectors. If you put the re in front of publican and the tax collectors representing the {D}s you can stretch it to look like he was bi partisan.
On the serious side I doubt that Jesus would rep any political party with in a democracy. When the Jews were seeking a form of gvt they asked God for a King.he granted their wish and at no point did he institute a democracy.if you have read the bible it says He will return and be King of Kings and Lord of Lords. So the way I look at it God is a monarchist, and myself I hate democracy because it allows imbeciles who out number the smart to choose the leadership. What a way to run a country.LMAO
Democracy reared it's ugly head and was the vehicle used for the crucifying of Jesus.Look at the story, the Pharisee's bribed the ignorant people{including some CD posters} with money to yell Barabbas"s name.It worked like a charm because democracy always begets corruption and thus Jesus was crucified and Barabbas was set free.
Nope Jesus would not be a {R} or a {D} and if you believe in His return he will be King and will make democracy part of his foot stool.

That may be the single thing that links him to today's conservative right.

I consider that pretty much coincidence...judging by most other "values" I hear conservatives talking about today. It's not so surprising that there was this one correlation, though; even a blind squirrel finds an acorn once in a while.
