Insuring the entire family on one policy is going to become a thing of the past, if your employer is mandated to pay for YOUR health insurance.

As an employer, I'm dropping my workforce from 300 to just 40 employees, when this thing takes effect. Then I'm going to be forced to pay for my employees, but not their families, especially a 26 year old living at home with mommy. If they force me to do so, I will let everyone go and work the business like I did 25 years ago, all on my own, hiring subcontractors for the things I cannot do solo, adding a mark-up to what the subcontractors charge me.
