I sorta feel bad for him. He was usually fairly reasonable.

Another organization that he was a member of (Bush Presidency) also didn't want people to express their honest opinions. I disagreed with parts of his piece, but overall I'd say it was pretty telling. While it is true that a lot of people are going around yelling things like;

1. Government takeover of health care

2. This will kill granny

3. Death panels

4. This will take away Medicare

5. This will come between me and my doctor

6. Obama has already raised my taxes enough

Most "thinking" people realize that these are just complete BS. If he's not going to stop "thinking" he's not going to be able to remain a member of their club.
