No evidence whatsoever to suggest these requests which happen every year have anything to do with the HC Bill.

First, these are requests - only a fraction of which are ever granted in committee.

Second, the only reason we know what requests are being made, is because Democrats changed the rules to make these public. Requests under the Republican-led Congresses were private. Thank you Democrats for putting some light on earmarks.

Third, Pelosi has said they will not grant any requests that go to for-profit companies.

If any of these are granted, then start a thread. But to start a thread over something that happens each and every year as a part of procedure in the House is a non-story.
