Listening to the radio on my way to a track meet a few days ago I heard 3 callers tell the host that this HC bill will help them and their family because they currently could not afford it.

When the host asked them how will they be paying for their HC all three responded by saying pay for it, it will be free.

The host had to explain the the demNOnuts that this is not going to be free and that you will have to purchase your own insurance, have it through or employer or you will be fined they all said WHAAATTT!! This is not going to be free?

When the host asked them what kind of income do they have, they said numbers between 35k and 60k.

If you cannot afford to pay 400.00 a month for your own HC on 60k per year then you need to get another job or a second job.

So no, kool-aid party members, this AINT NO FREE ticket unless you are a loser on welfare and wont work to EARN your privilege.

Call Obama and ask him why this wont be free as he has fooled most people into thinking it was going to be just another handout.

Why are loons so misinformed?

The party of NO, the dems who said NO to the majority of Americans are going down fast thanks to Obama.

The end of liberalism is near folks.

The Dems will expand Medicare to cover the freeskates/ "uninsured"...

Today,the law is Salomonian, half-capitalist,half-socialist...

Half of the freeskates to the insurance companies ( "capitalism "), half to Medicare ( "socialism ").

Let the non-socialists beware, better leave the law as is & try to defame the progressives/socialists... for that bad mess...

So just when you thought that your representative did you a favor (or not) by voting for or against the bill, remember that Kathleen Sebelius and the Army of Lobbyists truly have your health care in the palm of their grimy hands.

When the details of the backroom deals used (bought) to get Sebelius on board with certain provisions starts to come out, there will be NO AMOUNT OF SELLING that will put American's at ease. It's only going to get worse. Passing healthcare was the "easy" part. Wait till you see the regulatory details that will be bought and paid for by a Lobbyist near you.

Thank you AeroGuyDC; for always telling it the way it is. And you know i believe that your right, things will get worse for the Democrats, inspite what they think.

not so much... take medicare for instance.. no politician in their right mind would run for office on the platform of scaling back medicare...it would be political suicide.
Essentially republicans will be saying.. "yeah the thing about pre-existing conditions.. we're going to take that back"
lol.. I will laugh my butt off when that day comes and they actually try to do it...

Is this a joke (the bold)? You do realize that the democrats and obama CUT over $500 BILLION from Medicare, don't you? I agree, it will be political suicide.

The pre-existing conditions will stay, as well as other elements of the bill.

USAToday/Gallup released more of their newest poll. Not good news

Health care law too costly, most say - USATODAY.com

Quote:
Obama's approval rating was 47%-50% — the first time his disapproval rating has hit 50%.
Last poll had him 50%-45%.

The public STILL does not like this bill.

Quote:
A 53% majority call Democratic methods "an abuse of power;" 40% say they are appropriate.

And when asked about incidents of vandalism and threats that followed the bill's passage, Americans are more inclined to blame Democratic political tactics than critics' harsh rhetoric. Forty-nine percent say Democratic tactics are "a major reason" for the incidents, while 46% blame criticism by conservative commentators and 43% the criticism of Republican leaders.
Golden! The democrats get blamed for the vandalism, angst and threats due to their divisive, partisan party-line vote and disgusting tactics.

Just wait to the effects of the bill actually start. When business have to pay for this when we have to start paying

Democrats can get on tv and talk about wait and the support will come is kidding themselves.

Thank you for knowing what my crystal ball told me. You beta the Dems had an agenda to hurry and pass this bill. And the Dems themselves know what will happen if the Republicinas get control, all part of there master plan.
