A fine, outstanding US Army officer does not disobey direct orders.
He is insubordinate at best.
He had a choice to resign his commission or not re-up.

He's not concerned with the birth certificate. What he wants is a court to rule on whether Obama is ineligible because, even though Mom was an American born in Kansas, his father wasn't a US citizen. Obama is the grandchild of a Rosie the Riviter building B-29s and a World War II vet who served in France. They raised him from age 10 to his college years. Were they also in on the diabolical pinko-commie plot to raise a foreign born child with a strange name to manhood, building a cover story since 1961, and install him as a US President?

Sorry, but after 2004 the Right can no longer cite medals and citations as proof of character. Through the Swiftboaters, it was made abundantly clear that medals are routinely given out for no good reason at all.
