His job performance approval/disapproval rating at that time will be a good indication what will happen in Nov, considering the election WILL BE a referendum on his radicalism of agenda and governance.
No, just a referendum on his success in cleaning up eight years of mess in two years.

And BTW, what usually gets overlooked in these approval ratings on Obama, is that there alot of folks (myself included), who are dissatisfied that he isn't being "liberal enough". But that definitely doesn't translate into more votes for the GOP!
President Obama's overall job approval rating has fallen to an all-time low of 44 percent, down five points from late March, just before the health bill's passage in the House of Representatives. It's down 24 points since his all-time high last April. Forty-one percent of those polled said they disapproved of the president's performance.
That's the Gallup poll, this is CBS, which has him at an all-time low, which is actually quite stunning, since they have the party Id skewed toward the democrats.

Yeah that CBS poll was conducted between Mar 29 and Apr 1 ....we'll see.
BTW even your fav poll, Rasmussen had him at 48% approval yesterday.
Obama will never see 50% again. Even people who voted for Obama are disgusted at the reckless disregard for the will of the majority of the people he and the Dems were supposed to represent. Even Democratic pollsters are saying this was an epic mistake.
And each time Obama, Reid and Pelosi defy public opinion and use their majorities to ram through unpopular legislation, frustration and anger rises. I don't see a change in tactics, do you?

And who is going to clean up HIS mess next term? We certainly can't trust him to do it. His CYA MO ensures that he can't be held responsible, and can always point to someone else. Not unlike voting "present" when one doesn't want to go on record either for or against.
I mean seriously, besides a crooked deal on the health care bill, what has he done?
Two largest tax increases in U.S. history.
