I think you get the point
If someone is a real fan of a team they can name many of the players

Heck I just started watching Football last year and I can name almost the entire starting line up for the Vikings. So I dont buy excuses for a true fan
I was never a White Sox fan, but even I could rattle off Frank Thomas, you'd think 0bama would remember the brother.

When Obama tried to evade the question...by bringing up Oakland..the interviewer should have asked him:

Mr. President, what do you know about Rollie Fingers?

Obama: uhh uhh uhh..ahh..uhh ahh..let me see..uhh.....I know that if you’ve got it, my health care plan will definitely cover you

From 1959....

Minnie Minoso
Al Smith
Ted Kluszewski
Nellie Fox
Louis Aparicio
Bill Pierce
Early Wynn

My Dad was a southside Chicago native so we were rooting for the White Sox against the Dodgers.... still remember Larry Sherry that series... he was amazing.

I doubt he was a White Sox fan growing up though since he's not really 'from' Chicago. Pretty pathetic he can't name one recent player though being a Chicago southsider and proclaimed Sox fan.

I freaking hate baseball and even I can name Frank Thomas and Mark Buehle and I'm not even a southsider.

A Sox fan since 2004? Are you kidding me?!?! And making fun of people for not being real fans!?!?! Most people will not admit to be jumping on the bandwagon in public. Also most Sox fans know how to spell Varitek, Pedroia, Ramirez,Youkilis, and Ellsbury, Mister die hard! At least you got Green correct!

The truth is Obama knows nothing about baseball..he was never a real Sox fan or an Oakland A’s fan when growing up... Why does he go out of his way to pretend he is....anyone wanna bet he never bought a baseball card..or ever held one in his hands..hahaa seriously doubt Obama knows what is in a packet of baseball cards..

Oh my God. This only proves that he's the antichrist. Just like Nostradamus predicted.

Don't ever believe ANYTHING this man says. He lies about...baseball.

Run for the hills, everybody. It's th' Armageddon a-comin'!!!!!
