during the eisenhower years, and into the kennedy years, the top tax rate stood at 90% or thereabouts. I don't recall anyone leaving. So what's with the wussies whining about having to pay 20% or 25% or 28% or whatever.
Today's anti-tax whiners and deserters are just cheap anti-american cowards who want a free ride on someone else's dime.

Well..those folks have moved their money and now are moving themselves.
Besides that..the emerging countries is where it's at..they are growing and there's alot of opportunity there for the future so maybe they are just "following the money" so to speak.

The point is the record number of citizens that will be surrendering their citizenship.
Giving up a US citizenship is not done lightly.
