Agree. I watched about half the video, couldn't stand to watch more since no one could articulate what it was about Palin or Palin's politics that they liked. No one knew WHAT spending needed to be cut or what Sarah said she'd cut; no one knew ANY of the foreign policy issues that they thought Palin would address for us, etc. No one had any idea about anything, just hooray for our side which is NOT enough.
Any idiot, Palin included, can stand up in front of a crowd and say they are going to make sure we get "free market" solutions via our "private enterprise" principals, yadda yadda yadda. Sadly, millions of clueless citizens eat it up like it's manna from heaven and it's nothing more than empty rhetoric, sound bites and stock phrases without a single bit of substance. Shame on us if we fall for that crap.
Her empty rhetoric seems to come from ignorance and stupidity, while the empty rhetoric of most other politicians seems to come from . . . MALICE?
I am a analytical idealist who just likes to observe, and I think that most of Americans are only intelligent enough to fall on empty rhetoric. "I want less taxes, with none of dat dare socialismy stuff, no cap n trade, bla bla bla." It is kind of sad because everybody is just playing the sheep for some fat corporate guy buying off these politicians who sell simple rhetoric for the laymens to bicker over. Republican or democrat. I am getting sick of these simple punchlines though.
For instance, there is a guy running for congress in Western, PA. He is selling the principles that he "Believes in a God above, Abortion is wrong, and All Americans have the right to firearms." Ok? But that is going to help the poor struggling town of Johnstown how? Such simple basic things like this is what makes people vote.
A lot of this rhetoric isn't simple though. However, it is how people look at it that takes intelligence. A averagley intelligent person would realize the world is more than just right/wrong, black/white, etc. Such as abortion. What really gets me though is when people incorrectly argue their stance on something that is just so simply easily proven wrong. Such as seperation of church and state, or that "This is a Christain Nation", etc.
Anyways, didn't this kid do interviews in McCain/Palin rallies on youtube during the elections if I recall?
And she is "for main street" and against evil "wall street". Except she is for no government intervention with business. Except she promises to be more vigilant with the banks.
Yup, sounds like she memorized one of Palin "sterling, precise, intellectual" interview answers....but she forgot to put "there" in after every "Uh"...
She's young. She still has time to find us some and bring 'em.
Oh gawwwwwd! Now it's just about what a guy chooses to use as an example that gets you all burr under the cinch? Would it have been more..appropriate had I used Obama? Whatever, the point is, some folks admire Sarah Palin, for whatever reason suits them, some feel that to be a jumping off point to go on the attack, all the while crowing about their own rightness in doing so. So now you see yourself as justified in slinging your **** on me, calling me a hypocrite beacuse I pointed out your OWN hypocracy. At any rate, if Pelosi is not such a darling of the left, how did she rise to her current position? Yet, the same people who support her, go all hammer headed about Sarah Palin?

It makes my mouth water in a way. It's like in the early 30s Herman Mankiewitz invited Ben Hecht out to Hollywood with this telegram:
"Millions are to be grabbed out here and your only competition is idiots. Don't let this get around."
