There were 300 people from somewhere that they don't like us that came across the border with the "Migrant" workers. That is the problem and they can't find them. So expect some terrorist activity in a neighborhood near you.

Those are the people that the department of homeland security are supposed to be protecting us from.

Should we use the department of homeland security this way? That is to close the border.
yikes! that is some story. we just can't seem to stop anyone from coming into the country, can we?

But here's the thing, a lot of surveillance is automated. Homeland security DOES use a great deal of technology along the border, infrared cameras both stationary and mobile, all types of purpose built all terrain vehicles, boats and planes. The problem is the damned border is 2,000 miles of some of the most inhospitable terrain in the country.

2,000 Miles!

The other problem is that as in the case of these 300 people, paperwork can be forged and manipulated so even with all of this surveillance, etc., it sounds like they might have 'legally' entered through one of the many ports of entry along the border. All the fence in the world isn't going to make a bit of difference in these cases.

The people that came in joined the existing traffic of new illegal workers and used the tricks they use to hide. Cutting the traffic level would make it easier to find them. Close the border for a national security stand point.

There are thousands of people who legally cross the borders of Mexico and Canada every single day. Are you proposing that we not allow people to travel back and forth through the legal checkpoints?

The legal traffic is easier to police. The illegal traffic is a policing nightmare, because it is by definition outside of the law.

Every day we wait on putting the military on our NORTHERN and SOUTHERN borders we risk allowing someone to enter this country illegally to do harm to AMERICANS!

But nobody wants to risk being 'POLITICALLY INCORRECT' so we play Russian Roulette with 300 million lives.

This election year, DO NOT VOTE FOR INCUMBENTS, vote for the politician who WANTS TO PROTECT AMERICAN LIVES!

PERIOD!
