Ron Paul in my Opinion is thee best chance for the Republicans. Check out the latest straw polls. He is either number 1 or 2.

With all of the political bickering on both sides. Ron Paul seems to be the only one that is cool under fire. He doesn't spout off at the mouth, like that half term Governor.

The government does not own the "commanding heights" of the economy, as required by pure socialism, and neither Obama nor any other prominent figure on the American scene suggests that it should. QED.

I don't know about the PP, but I sure do.

I preferred Obama (corporatist) to McCain (corporatist and senile warmonger) in 2008, and still do.

Ron Paul could actually shake things up, however.

Ron Paul has initiated a bill to remove capital gains of gold and foreign currency purchases and sales. Not that one has to really pay capital gains on PHYSICAL gold or currency, but it would be helpful for people interested in "paper" gold such as GLD, etc.

I essentially agree with that remark, yes.

That's not an endorsement or blank check on anything he may say in the future, but basically, yes, I favor Paul's interpretation.
