Glenn Beck has been discredited many times. Proven a liar over and over, actually.

Obama is not a socialist (please learn the definition of this word) and his first name is Barack, not Hugo. If you do not know the name of your own president, how can you be taken seriously?

Please offer proof that you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that he will be "gone" in a couple of years (I'm not sure whether you mean politically or otherwise).

The right's failure to lead our country for 8 years is why the left was swept into power, so I'm not sure what the basis of your assertion is that the political ideology that already failed will "save [our] butt...!...again..." Please offer proof to support your claim, since reality refutes it.
Sorry the truth got your undies all bunched up...
Every statement you make is a lie, just like your socialist leader. Love him while you can, he only has 2 years left.. Then the country can recover...
Or, to use your sweeping analogy, we're gonna sweep his crooked, evil butt right outta town... Better change sides while you still can...

So many people hang on Beck's every word as if it were gospel. No wonder, when he feeds their paranoia with distortions and lies like this. Aren't any of you fans starting to come around to the fact that Beck is less than honest?

I'm not on any side, kid. I'm simply asking for evidence of your claims. Based on two posts now with nothing but emotional regurgitated propaganda, I will assume you have no factual support.

I prefer intellectual discourse, so I am bowing out of this conversation. Enjoy your life.

CNN has tried to go down the middle with unbiased commentary (or at least commentary from all sides) and they're getting shalacked in the ratings for doing it.

There's a reason American Idol gets higher ratings than Charlie Rose, and it's not because Idol speaks the truth... It's because it knows how to entertain.

Fox simply took that concept and applied it to their news divisions and ... wa lah! Glenn Beck, Hannity, etc...

Here's a quote from Glenn that says it all,

In a 2010 interview in Forbes, Beck asserted that he was not political and his business is entertainment: [35] "I could give a flying crap about the political process.", continuing on to say "We're an entertainment company,".
Could you tell me some of the untruths Beck told today or do you have to wait for MM, TP and Kos to tell you what he said? Surely you don't know any of what he said or you would be screaming about his lies.

Glad to oblige.

Glenn Beck "jumped the shark" with Laffer and his 11% "flat tax".

What no one mentioned, is that a tax on incomes is not on incomes - but the revenue taxable activity, measured by the income.

In short, they're promulgating a Trojan horse, that doesn't address the underlying issue - the loss of the inalienable right to work, via "voluntary" participation in national socialism (FICA).
"It has been well said that, 'the property which every man has is his own labor, as it is the original foundation of all other property, so it is the most sacred and inviolable. The patrimony of the poor man lies in the strength and dexterity of his own hands, and to hinder his employing this strength and dexterity in what manner he thinks proper, without injury to his neighbor, is a plain violation of the most sacred property.' Butchers' Union Co., supra, at 757. Included in the right of personal liberty and the right of private property partaking of the nature of each is the right to make contracts for the acquisition of property. Chief among such contracts is that of personal employment, by which labor and other services are exchanged for money or other forms of property."
Coopage v. Kansas, 236 U.S. 1, at 14 (1915)

"The right to labor and to its protection from unlawful interference is a constitutional as well as a common-law right. Every man has a natural right to the fruits of his own industry."
48 Am Jur 2d, Section 2, p. 80

"The liberty mentioned in that [14th] amendment means, not only the right of the citizen to be free from mere physical restraint of his person, as by incarceration, but the term is deemed to embrace the right of the citizen to be free in the enjoyment of all his faculties; to be free to use them in all lawful ways; to live and work where he will; to earn his livelyhood by any lawful calling; to pursue any livelihood or avocation; and for that purpose to enter into all contracts which may be proper, necessary, and essential to his carrying out to a successful conclusion the purposes above mentioned."
Allgeyer v. Louisiana, 165 U.S. 673, at 539 (1897).

"There is a clear distinction in this particular case between an individual and a corporation, and that the latter has no right to refuse to submit its books and papers for an examination at the suit of the State. The individual may stand upon his constitutional right as a citizen. He is entitled to carry on his private business in his own way. His power to contract is unlimited. He owes no such duty to the State, since he receives nothing therefrom, beyond the protection of his life and property. His rights are such as existed by the law of the land (*common law) long antecedent to the organization of the State, and can only be taken from him by due process of law, and in accordance with the Constitution. Among his rights are refusal to incriminate himself, and the immunity of himself and his property from arrest or seizure except under a warrant of law. He owes nothing to the public so long as he does not trespass upon their rights. "
Hale vs Henkel, 201 U.S. 43.

"The individual, unlike the corporation, cannot be taxed for the mere privilege of existing. The corporation is an artificial entity which owes its existence and charter powers to the state; but, the individual's rights to live and own property are natural rights for the enjoyment of which an excise cannot be imposed."
Redfield vs Fisher, 292 P. 813, at 819.
Remember, governments are instituted to protect RIGHTS, not tax them into oblivion.

So you think it's perfectly okay for Glenn Beck to manipulate audio, so it sounds like President Obama hates the Constitution? I have no problem with Beck expressing his opinion that this is so, however when he manipulates audio to make his case, he has crossed the line and shows himself a charlatan.
