Hmmm, what really grinds my gears. I suppose that would be individuals and small groups who think that they speak for everybody. Who think that they are just plain ol' RIGHT in everything they believe and say, and who, in their infinite wisdom, would speak as to what is best for me and mine. Those who believe I must have their way of thinking thrust upon me, and who believe that if this is done, I will eventually see the light in their rationale. And then will admit that they were right and I was wrong. Yep, people who wish to change my mind, and everybody elses, and whom are willing to do whatever it takes to do so, is what frosts my cookie the most.
That is pretty darn racist to me it implies that black people cant think for themselves. They must all be democrats. Because the gop isnt an appropriate.
Sorry, this is such an ignorant comment.
You just called me a racist, yet I am an African-American with several Republicans in my family.
My comment does not imply that black people can't think for themselves at all.
Black people can vote whatever way they want, but the "MLK was a Republican" or "Lincoln was a Republican" is a disingenuous elision of history. Don't call me a racist again, especially with such shallow reasoning.
What do you know, there's another thing that grinds my gears. Being called a racist by a knee-jerk reactionary who seems to lack basic reading comprehension skills. Now I know how conservatives feel when idiots toss out the racism accusation at inappropriate moments.
Ya know what grinds my gears? The other day I'm listening to talk radio and the host, I can't recall who someone local, had one of those bleeding heart liberals on. (you know the type) He was squawking about what a terrible country we were to have dropped two H-Bombs on Japan in WW2.
America has never dropped a single h-bomb on anyone.

Amazing how many (I won't say all. Most but not all) Libs throw common sense out the window when it comes to our enemies. Guess they forgot how we would have lost at minimum a million American soldiers and even more Japanese had we not done this. My grandfather fought in the Pacific theater and had we not dropped the bomb I likely wouldn't have known him.
Guess they forgot how the Japs tortured and killed our soldiers for kicks (Hellooo Bataan/Philippines) so they kind of had it coming.
The topic was B.O.'s great nuclear disarmament plan so he was going on about what a spiffy terrific idea it is. How we've been the only ones to use them and blah, blah, blah. I swear if I had one I would have lobbed it at his house. (small yield, nothing too big. Against most HOA's)
BTW, Japan is great you should visit. But ixnay on the ombay.
"What Grinds Your Gears?"
Willful ignorance.
