If they were racist, white, supremacists, then we would see their racist views come thru their message, but there is no message about race, much less one about white supremacists.
Every single American, except the most partisan, political hack, would agree with the TEA party movement about trying to stop government from spending us into tens of trillions in debt. So.... since this is true, the only recourse partisan democrats have left is to vilify the TEA Part movement so fewer people will pick up on that thought. Once people pick up on the idea of a lower national debt, they may find commonality in more TEA party ideas and join the movement, or at least sympathize and agree with most of it.
