You know freedom of speech is included for the president as well. He doesn't have to shut up for the sake of all other citizens.
Yet you liberals hold everyone else up to such a higher standard than HUMAN when the have a (R) after their name. That's just fine and dandy when your mess is sitting in the oval office, ain't it? Or running the House into the ground. Get a job. Work for a living. You might end up on the RIGHT side of the issue.

Exactly. Which is why the mess in office is getting his due. Not just a two-way street, but karma. You lie your way in, you lie like a snake on the way out.

It might be a news flash, but she is not Pres. or VP.

You have a strange obsession with Palin, almost eerie.

I seriously do not understand where you're coming from with this.

It's adorable how people always think the side that isn't their ideology is "running the country into the ground" or whatever. Never fails. I believe most people lack an understanding of history, liberalism, and conservatism. Certainly true for those who actually believe liberals don't work (considering the economic engines of innovation in this nation tend to be liberal and highly educated).

Obama's doing fine. Recovering the economy nicely, expanding liberties to women and homosexuals, expanding the social support system that has made this country thrive for generations, and really focusing on fighting terrorism rather than an arbitrary war. Good stuff all around. Very mature as well and a good global representative.

Kind of surprising people make these charges of immaturity after 8 years of Bush, perhaps the least mature leader this country has ever had. But, to each their own. I guess people need to feel vindicated in their beliefs so they find what they can to disparage rather than look to the good that is happening.

The Market Ticker

Consumer sentiment is not what the market claims it should be...
According to a Reuters report, the reading on current economic conditions fell to 80.7 in April from 82.4 in March. The consumer expectations reading fell to 62.3 from 67.9, according to Reuters. Also according to Reuters, the one-year inflation expectation index rose to 2.9% from 2.7%
The latter is a problem, as it is well over The Fed's desired 1-2% range.
Nor is the expectations number from Reuters good.
The sentiment index fell to 69.5, which was wildly off expectations of 75 - that is, the market expected improvement and got serious deterioration instead.
But the barkers on CNBS continue to pump stocks, and suck in retail buyers - especially the crazy speculators in the options market:

No. What is so wrong with using HIS freedom of speech especially when the Tea Baggers are liars?

They should thank him.

Do you think those figures will sink into the thick headed left? Not a chance. They love it when hussein obama acts like a smarmy mouthed teenager. It's easier for them to relate.
