This is the key point folk!!!
Monoply( sometimes is reasonable) cause large amount paid to the trash mgmt company. ANd the company pay their employees.
Outsiders SHOULD NOT complain the high wages paid to employees. If there is any unfairness, focus should be directed at the very beginning why such contract was awarded to the company.
After the contract is awarded, then how to divie the pie is between employees and employers.
I think it is better for employees to get more in the pie.
All the anger directed on "taking public as hostage" has political motivation behind.
General public , if you feel sth is wrong here, talk to the gov. rep u vote to try to solve this problem from the very beginning!!
