All the time,everywhere,by car...And legally armed...

If gun carry was not prohibited in Gotham City,the victim would now be alive & a hero,having shot the villain in self defence...

ROFL, that won't QUITE work in NYC...it's a pedestrian's city. Walking is the most common mode of transportation.

People still follow the savage primitive lifestyle of socialism...walking & mass transport,like animals to the slaughterhouse...
