(CNN) -- The Oklahoma Senate voted Tuesday to override the governor's vetoes and pass two strong anti-abortion measures.
One law requires women to undergo an ultrasound examination and listen to a description of what it shows before getting an abortion. One of the flaws of the ultrasound bill was that it lacked an exemption for rape and incest victims (and genetic and congenital deformities).
The other measure approved by legislators Tuesday prohibits pregnant women and their families from seeking legal damages if physicians "knowingly and negligently" withhold key information or provide inaccurate information about their pregnancies.
I suggest the female part of the Oklahoma population pick up and move somewhere else where their freedom to control their own bodies is respected. Their relocation should be supported by women and men that respect women everywhere. Let the male legislators play with their pages.

Plenty of pro-life women support the law, obviously.
The ultrasound requirement is a good one.
Don't like the law, move to NY or CA where you can get abortions on demand.
So you support the exact way this law is proposed? Women seeking abortion for rape, incest, genetic or fetal abnormality must watch the ultrasound first? I would call that cruel and unusual punishment.
This is great news! I am happy to see more babies being protected.
ohh, and dont get too excited. This new law DOES not prevent abortions.
Sorry charlie.
