So much to do about nothing. This simply changed from an "opt in" system to an "opt out" system. All this really says that you want to be a donor when you die. It's not a mandate, you closest living will still be required to approve the donation.

You're not making any sense at all. Those are some massive leaps in logic you're making. You haven't even made a coherent statement of why this bill is so horrible.
If people don't rise up against this in NY, I don't know. I would say this is typical Democrat response to a system that's broken. But this time, instead of just throwing money at the problem, they want to invade your body. Perhaps tomorrow they will decide you have two kidneys, why not just take the other one while you are still alive? I can't believe anyone in office is even remotely considering it.

I'll tell you whats wrong with this bill. The fact that you need someone to tell you that your body doesnt belong to the government, and they have no authority to write a law to say that they have the authority to determine what to do with YOUR body, then I dont know what to tell you!
