PRESIDENT OBAMA: "Now, what we’re doing, I want to be clear, we’re not trying to push financial reform because we begrudge success that's fairly earned. I mean, I do think at a certain point you've made enough money."
This is what he actually said:
"Now, what we’re doing, I want to be clear, we’re not trying to push financial reform because we begrudge success that's fairly earned. I mean, I do think at a certain point you've made enough money. But, you know, part of the American way is, you know, you can just keep on making it if you’re providing a good product or providing good service. We don’t want people to stop, ah, fulfilling the core responsibilities of the financial system to help grow our economy."
Yes, they are shameless liars.
One more thing to add to the already long list of things they lie about.
LOL, because it couldn't POSSIBLY be YOU who has a comprehension problem. You just choose to believe what you want and ignore the rest....but anyone who disagrees or sees it differently has a problem. OK Sparky, I think I've got it now.
I don't think so. He was speaking to the dudes on Wall Street, the ones .who nearly brought our economy to it's knees - no one else.

This is still a gross misrepresentation of the law.
I am completely shocked by the insinuation that Republicans and their big business base would lie to us. These men would never bend the truth to make more money or gain more power to make even more money. Would they?

Sentences are the way to break our language into smaller digestible pieces. Paragraphs are complete thoughts and when you take one of those sentences out of context - it's a GD LIE!!!! Is that so tought for the conservative mind?
The complete thought:

So fairly earned means, not fairly earned will be capped. So unfair earnings, meaning criminally corrupt earnings?
I think President Obama was speaking about what he perceives are the unintended consequences of the law, not the actual letter of the law. Fair?

Define fair?
Sorry, President Obama was speaking to the people on Wall Street and their business practices and I can't begin to tell you what's fair and not fair in that business. Can you?

what a flame post.
name one person that lied about his quote. the problem you have is his words being quoted. Quoting his words does not make one a liar.
it does make your post a flame trolling for an argument
