Come on all you folks on the left that worry about the gov invading your privacy lets hear what you have to say.
Maybe our elected reps should read whats in a bill before voting for it. Or maybe they shouldn't tag it with things they know would never pass otherwise.

This would not be for purchases of goods, only for services. If you employ someone in a nonemployee role, then yes, you would create a 1099 for that person.

First of all, who in their right mind will ever obey such a stupid law? You can simply structure the purchases to avoid the $600 cap on services.

The examples are also suggesting that a "used car" for example purchased at $1,000 could be 1099'ed. Did I miss something?
