I don't know if you have read a paper, but evidenty a lot of businesses are threatening boycotts against Arizona interests for this new law that was recently passed by the state on illegal immigration. Some people feel these boycotts are unwarranted as they believe that Arizona is merely assisting the Federal gov't where it has been lax, or ill-equipped in carrying out it's enforcement of its own laws. To counter any effects of a boycott, you can buycott.

Maybe the Arizona politicians should have thought about that before they signed 1070 into law. We just lost the Republican National Convention because of it.

But they were too busy finding a scapegoat for bankrupting the state.
Blame the Mexicans

Considering that claims are being made for an overwhelming national support for AZ and its law(s), the dire need is pointing in the opposite direction.

On the first day I had posted in this forum that AZ is proving to be a state run and dominated by self-defeaters... and it will pay dearly in terms of economy, and to top it off, at a time it is an economic disaster (although CA gets the attention due to sheer size of its economy).

Y'all earned it.
