The guy isn't even charged with a crime...and yet can be killed by the fedgov. and some here applaud that.

All it takes is the scary words like 'terrorist' and out the window goes any and all commonsense and rule of law.

And yet Americans always wondered what led germans to support the Reich. I guess it is because they don't understand themselves.

Absolutely my dear Watson... Remember, Homeland Security already labeled returning vets, Constitutionalists and Libertarians as possible terrorists. I call that setting the stage..... Just paste that label on someone and you make the hitlist just like that. This all ties into the change in Miranda rights that the WH wants to undergo. Anyone of us could end up with that label and on that list if this is allowed to happen.

Common Sense is so scarce these days it should be renamed to "Uncommon Sense". Scary times we are approaching, that's for sure.

Apparently it isn't of any importance to you since you have ignored Supreme Court reasoning regarding this issue.

The person in question is charged with no crime...and yet has been targeted for killing by the fedgov.

Your ' impartiality ' notwithstanding forgive me if I find that just a little troubling.
