Has something to do with an udder, I'd guess.

Does "studdering" mean "making an udder wiggle"?

No - it has to do with inconsistent flow that might require an udder wiggle to reestablish uninterrupted flow.

Could be caused by cream clots.

Does that require the services of a systems engineer to flowchart the process, or can we just call Roto-Udder?

The Luddites would be more pleased and approving of the inherent religious ingenuity put in practice by the the Quakers or the Shakers.

We could just round up a group of Mexican children, give them broom handles, and tell them it's a pinata.

Of course, when they whacked it, you'd eventually have to give them candy, but it still might have a better cost/benefit ratio, especially if the flow is fully restored.

would you settle for three?

palin did not 'shoot wolves out of helicopters'

perry did not use 'laser guided missiles' to 'take out coyotes'

the tea party did not 'root for insurance companies'

these old bags sound like they fell off their rascal scooters and landed on their heads.
